LETS STAY DRY !

The PADI Dry Suit Diver course is valuable for divers looking to explore colder water environments comfortably and safely. It equips divers with the skills needed to efficiently use and enjoy the benefits of dry suits, making diving in cooler conditions a more accessible and enjoyable experience.
For me, I remember saying I would never need to own a drysuit ! But my 2021 dive season went deep into Dec, I knew that was going to by my last time experiencing the cold water and above surface temps that came with an extended dive season. In addition, the TEC journey was firing up and a drysuit provided an additional lift option and all the side pocket space I could handle :) I committed to diving the entire 2022 dive season in my Fourth Element drysuit and it was well worth the time investment. Alot of divers give up to soon when learning to dive a drysuit. Its a skill that needs time to develop :)
Great course and certainly a fun one to teach :)

My Background

Over the past 5 years, I've immersed myself in the realms of Recreational, Technical, and Cave diving, with the majority of my dive time spent learning to dive in the St Lawrence River. Recognizing the unparalleled learning opportunities, practice, and diving experiences it offered, I found my ideal dive environment.

I've dedicated myself to learning and diving in our world class diving playground St Lawrence river, fortunate to have been mentored / taught by some of the best divers and instructors "Dive Wizards" around. I blend their invaluable teachings on dive safety, meticulous dive planning, and a sense of diving responsibility across Recreational, Technical, and Cave diving disciplines with my own extensive diving experience. This combination forms the ethos of 613DIVE, a space where passion meets expertise, creating an environment dedicated to safe, responsible, and fun diving experiences.

613DIVE now exists to offer all of the above in a private training experience that is focused on smaller class sizes, including personalized one-on-one sessions  Maximizing your learning experience.

Limited class sizes

  • Class availability and size is limited.

  • My focus is ensuring you get the needed support and attention

  • Low student - instructor student ratio to ensure a quality learning experience

  • Lets not embrace the minimums, ensuring you have the time to practice and learn the skills needed to not just pass, but be ready to dive the open water

This journey is your gateway to developing a robust foundation of core diving skills, preparing you to confidently navigate open waters.

It all starts with a coffee :)
